Wirral 29th November 2008 We are having a small, friendly inter-school competition here in Wirral (Pensby Sports Complex) on Saturday 29th November from 10.30am till 4pm. It's for coloured belts and black belts aged 16 years and under. Patterns
Sparring
Special technique - flying side kick to a pad increasing distance for under 13's and flying upward kick increasing height for over 13's. Each school can also put on a 'demo event' which could be anything at all Taekwon-Do related and can be adults and /or juniors - e.g. a self defence routine, a group pattern etc (lasting no more than 3 mins) with an award for the winner.

 Grading / Seminar Sunday 18th November 2007 This will be held in Bolton Everyone must attend as it is the last seminar of the year and everyone has done only one. Every student must take part in two master seminars per year to be able for promotion the following year. Some of you will be ready for promotion this time round. If you are not ready for promotion and wish for extra training please ask. I am willing to supply extra classes. Additionally, there is Northern area squad training available for over 13, 3rd kup and above. There is training at weekend for everyone. I have the details if anyone is interested.
